Good Day,

My name is Justin Yong and the owner of REAL ESCAPE CHALLENGE (Based in South Korea) and CATCHING CLICKS PTE LTD (Based in Singapore)

Our companies currently require assistance from a

[ Project Manager ]

to help grow the business.

We are looking for a reliable person to work side by side with as we grow and expand the business.

This is a role that fosters a Long-Term Relationship with on-going work, and is NOT a onetime web project.

The ideal candidate will be working directly with me or our higher management and will be assisting in the following types of tasks:

Our company mainly deals with many different online projects that range from design projects to web development projects, software development, apps and marketing projects.

We are looking for a team member that is able to understand software and handle project management in terms of organization, keeping timelines, ensuring our developers and team members are progressing on time and especially for doing first hand testing on developed software etc.

Project Management (Main Responsibility):
- Very Organized person (Must be able to keep on top of all progress)
- Able to create simple timelines for
- Manage project progress and deadlines
- Reporting on how projects are going and keeping key personnel in the loop
- Able to to simple USER testing for all projects
- Able to be the first line of Quality Assurance for projects before any delivery
- Able to do research and create simple reports based on those research
- Excel / Word / Powerpoint
- Main communication will be in English
- Social Media Management Knowledge is a BIG PLUS! :)
- Korean Content Creation is a BIG PLUS! :)


Virtual assistance (Sub responsibility):
- Ablility to design is a BIG plus
- Ability to handle Project Management software is a BIG plus
- Good understanding of "Content Creation and Management"
- Good understanding of "Social Media Content Management"

This position requires good English verbal skills for conversing and good English written skills for communication.

Ideal candidate MUST be able to access good and stable internet connections from their work venue (e.g. home) and must also be able to communicate through an online virtual phone system (;Skype is preferred and can be used for free.)

Most importantly the ideal candidate MUST have a great, positive, CAN DO attitude and a willingness to learn and serve team members and clients.

We love to treat our personnel as team members rather than simply employees so we only want positive individuals on team.

Work wise, we tend to focus on results and speed of work and of course quality.
The priority is that the task is completed on time and that the work is done well.

We also practice awarding monetary bonuses for great work done.
When a person deserves to be rewarded, we do not hesitate to do so. (Of course the individual must first prove his/her loyalty and responsibility to the company)

Terms:
- Ideal candidate MUST be available to work 5 or 6 days per week

- Business hours are generally between an 8 hr time slot withing 11am-11pm Singapore local Time (GMT+8) [Negotiable per 10 hr period - Including Lunch and/or Dinner Hrs]

- Candidate MUST be online and accessible via phone and instant message (Skype) during confirmed business hours and responsive to myself and possible clients.

- Compensation will depend on experience and skills and be further discussed on our Skype Call
