I need an experienced programmer who knows not just WP but Joomla and Drupal and knows hosting such as VPS hosting and godaddy domain registrar experience to help run my network of a couple hundred sites and create new ones as I purchase new domains and manage current sites and work on hosting and cpanel and site pages creation.
