Facebook Ads Management Operations Manager – Do you want to run your own FB ads management company?

Hi there, I run a Facebooks ads consulting company and am currently looking for a COO to help manage current accounts and build the SOPs/team needed to grow. Right now, I must turn down clients because I do not have the team to handle all the work. If you absolutely love all things FB ads and have always wanted to lead a company, this is the position for ---------- sentially, you will be the Chief Operating Officer of a Facebook Ads Management Company. This is a stable long-term position.

I currently run the entire company so you will serve as second in command and be given a high amount of responsibility. To start, you will oversee learning how to manage Facebook Ad accounts. I will personally be teaching you as well as provide you the proper resources to learn. During this process, you will be required to SOP our entire FB ad management practice so that we can build a system to take on more clients. Once you have the fundamentals down, you will be given the responsibilities of managing different client accounts. Make sure to write “banana” as your favorite color in the interview form (link found at the end of this description) so that I know you read this.

As far as hours go, this position can be full time. However, if this is not possible for the candidate, then I would like to see at least 20 hours a week.

Pay is negotiable. A flat monthly rate per client account is desired (I will guarantee you at minimum two accounts if you decide to go this route). This way, the more responsibilities you can take on successfully, then the more you get paid. This rewards the high achiever. If this is not acceptable, please let me know your desired hourly rate.
