Goal/Objective
Maintain complete organization of the team’s database, including new entries, Collaborator Agents, Vendors, Team spheres and incoming leads. Develops and executes
Key Responsibilities
-Crosschecking of contacts with master database document
-Compiling of
-Mailing groups that labels can be printed from and mass mailings sent
-Lead tracking and entry (when applicable) from all sources and distribution amongst team
-Monitors follow up/contacts with leads, and holds team accountable
-Correct Tagging and grouping of all of contacts
-Birthday/Home Sale anniversary data entry and contact campaigns set and carried out
-Homekeepr App- Researching/entering vendors and keeping updated within Brivity
-Creating and maintaining task management plans as the team’s systems are developed and revised
**Must have at least 6 months of experience with Brivity and extensive understanding of the platform for application to be considered.**
