Pinterest Graphics + Squarespace Blog Post upload/schedule/design

I am looking for help with 2 things:

1. Create 4 Pinterest graphics per month on brand and that look nice so they can gain traction on Pinterest. (I provide the title - you create graphic)

2. Upload and schedule 3-4 blog posts per month on Squarespace platform. (The content is written - you would just upload it, make it look nice, add any photos, and schedule the blog post.)
