The Inside Sales Representative / Lead Generation Representative will generate interest and secure a meeting with a member of the prospect senior management team responsible for travel budget/program related matters. To assist the field team in prospect follow up and deal closure. To develop and maintain database with new prospect companies and decision maker contact details.
• Search new clients opportunities either via a sales database, incoming lead, or other self-generated methods and then successfully sell the value proposition cold calling new hotels
• Setting meetings for Field Sales team
• Helping with meeting follow up & proposals
• Action and reply to sales web leads sent to RateGain after thorough filtering
• Be a Salesforce.com champion for the Field Sales by maintaining an updated and accurate data entry in the CRM (all the information about leads and accounts)
• Share minutes from weekly team meeting & forecast meetings
• Attend industry events and exhibitions
• Helping to arrange city events, webinars and some marketing related activities.
• Provide support to the Sales Team of Thailand with general Salesforce administrative tasks
• To book maximum relevant and filtered new meetings/demo calls for field sales every working week
• To Do regular tele calls on the old, lost or dormant accounts to reactivate them
• Search prospects opportunities through a variety of media sources
Primary Requirements:
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent telephone communication skills (Ability to 'cold call' on the telephone)
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to learn and take feedback constructively
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office package
• Availability to work Full time
• Good listening skills with the ability to interpret prospects' needs
• Ability to work autonomously
• Fluent in Filipino & English - Mandate
• Candidates from OTAs / Hotels - Preferred
