Professional book researcher & writer

I intend to write a book about the history of cocoa and chocolate in Grenada ( West Indies ). It will be book that is simple and easy to read, with lots of photos. It should be a good cross between a "coffee table book " and an "academic book - made simple" I would need assistance in planning for the book and execution - including research, design, writing, publication & marketing & PR plan. The book should be published by April 15, 2018.
