Experience Project Manager for Ecom Business

We are an established Performance Marketing and E-commerce firm based in Canada.

We are looking for someone to join our project management team in a full-time ---------- ing tools like Google Calendar, Basecamp, Zoom Meetings & Slack, you will help each team to organize their goals and deliverables and to ensure that they are completed on-time with excellent quality.


You will also receive complete access to training total valued at USD$50k+, topics ranging from Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Content Marketing, Copywriting... etc.

You will have an opportunity to work with a fast growing company, grow with us and be rewarded based on your performance.

You will be taking over managing a small team of product researchers, designers, video editors, developers and media buyers to help achieve established KPI's, analyse performance of the team and result and report to COO.

Additional responsibilities include
• Develop and maintain project plans and SOPs
• Monitoring the quality and timeliness of all deliverables
• Assigning staff resources
• Ensuring adherence to project budgets

The Ideal Candidate
Self-starter, take initiative and come up with solutions for simple and abstract problems (VERY IMPORTANT)
Looking for a long term opportunity
Solid english speaking and creative writing skills
Strong grasp of all social media marketing platforms
Confident with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, team player who is proactive in bringing our business forward
Versatile and adaptable to a variety of tasks, both creative and administrative
Working 5 days per week 9am - 6pm EST (time online is flexible)
Access to stable internet and ability to have weekly meeting on skype with the team.
