Real Estate Photo Editor and Marketing Assistent

[Real Estate Photo Editing]

- Go to ---------- . Configure virtual tour and export still images from tours. Virtual tour exported images will be combined with a set of still images shot by a photographer
- Create a brief (20 second) video teaser for the Matterport tour
Touchup and enhancement the real estate images using DxO Photo Lab and GIMP software to correct lighting, color, geometry, blemishes, etc
- Cropping and watermarking images using Faststone Image Viewer
- Uploading images to ---------- and a local file store (probably dropbox)

This work is time sensitive and when a set of pictures becomes available they need to be completed within 24 hours. I am estimating each set will take from 6 to 10 hours and there will generally be between one and three sets to complete each week.

Tasks have video tutorials available to show how it needs to be done but even with that you will need to have experience at real estate photo touchup and a good eye to know what you are trying to accomplish. DxO software will be provided, other software is free.

[Marketing Assistant]

- Creating flyers, mailers, business cards and marketing collateral using GIMP, Inkscape, MS Publisher and Canva
- Post advertisements for properties on Craigslist
- Add google streetview info and pdf flyer to ----------
- Assist with other tasks as needed

[Compensation]

You will keep a timecard and be paid hourly based on time worked. Payments are made on the 2nd and 16th of each ---------- pensation will be through ---------- by way of Payoneer. You will need to get setup in this system to be paid and we can send instructions to you how to do this.


[Hours]

This position will start as a 30 to 40 hour per week position. This position will offer a combination of fixed and flexible hours. Required work hours are Mon - Fri 9am to noon Pacific Time (USA) with the remining hours being ---------- pending on workload some days may be more ---------- pending on workload more hours may be available some weeks.
