You must:

- be an existing English editor or a journalist or have journalism studies or is an English teacher.

- be a certified TESOL instructor and well-experienced in teaching the English language to EFL learners.

- have a total average band score of more than 8.0

- must be able to proof-read, editing fiction / non-fiction manuscripts for grammar mistakes, spelling errors, and improper sentence structure

- DO NOT USE ANY software to translate or proof-read the manuscripts.
