Virtual Assistant - Social Media, Autoresponder Maintenance

I need a Virtual Assistant that can do the following:

1) I need 200 keywords created specific to my niche market of network marketing - mainly what people are searching for including industry gurus like "Randy Gage, Mike Dillard," etc.
2) Create individual powerpoints for each keyword that will be used for video marketing - powerpoint should be enough for 5-7 minutes worth of filming.
3) Autoresponder campaign - maintain my list and load prewritten content to be delivered twice a day (mornings and evenings at a set time).
4) social media maintenance - maintain twitter, facebook fan page, betternetworker, and other social media accounts.
5) Comment moderator for social media.
6) Bookmarking demon - this software will make it easier to load blog posts for syndication for social media
7) I have article syndication software - need help with spinning and article distribution to sites like ezine articles, etc.

These are not mandatory skills to have but it would be a plus:

8) SEO/SEM work - backlinks, etc.
9) Webmaster changes and optimization of individual blog posts for metatags, etc.
10) Monetization management - advertising sales, testing adsense, setting up money for the blog
11) video editing (once I have it done) - using screenflow and iMovie
