ABOUT THE COMPANY:

- This is a 3 year old online jewelry brand running on Shopify (Well established!)
- This is a private label BRAND (not dropshipping). We carry inventory and work with a fulfillment center in China.


HARD SKILLS REQUIRED :

1) Impeccable Customer Support skills.

Since we are an actual BRAND and not dropshipping, outstanding customer service is CRITICAL. We rely heavily on repeat business so the customer experience has to be nothing less than exceptional. Although we use templates/canned responses, customer replies still require that personal touch.

We use currently use gmail and will be soon migrating to Zendesk.

2) Order fulfillment.

You will be working directly with our fulfillment center in China and will be required to submit the daily orders to them.

3) Social Media Moderation

Managing comments/enquiries on FB, IG and Whatsapp.

4) Product Creation in Shopify

Cropping photos from our photographer, uploading them to Shopify and creating SKUs, product descriptions etc.

5) Inventory Management and Purchase Order Creation

We have software to do the heavy lifting for this task. You just need to liaise with our supplier and make sure the goods are then received by our fulfillment warehouse.

HARD SKILLS HIGHLY REGARDED BUT NOT NECESSARY

-Project Management
-Copywriting
-Facebook/Instagram Advertising
-Blogging
-Email Marketing (We use Klaviyo).

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Attentive to detail
-Motivated to learn and progress career-wise.
-Fast learner
-Self-discipline to work unsupervised.
-Deadline driven

**FULL TRAINING OF ALL TASKS WILL BE PROVIDED**

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

-FULL TIME, STABLE work

- 2 month probation period where we see if we are a good fit for each other (salary paid weekly - So you know you can trust us to get paid on time!).

- After the probation period, there will be a pay raise and payment will switch to monthly (Paid like a "real job")

-13 month bonus payment - extra month's salary to be paid out each December on a pro-rata basis. (We know this standard practice in Filipino culture and are happy to oblige!).

- Opportunity to advance quickly into a team lead/project management position whereby you would be managing other customer support staff, creative, product development and marketing teams. You would also be creating the systems and processes as needed and documenting them accordingly.
