Looking for an Awesome Virtual Assistant

Hi there,

I'm Clint and I'm a Filipino and am a Virtual assistant myself. I've worked online for over 7 years working for different clients.

I built my online VA Service Providing business which I'm planing to have a soft launch this mid of November 2017. If you want to be part of this starting and growing team, please read on.

What I need is an awesome Virtual Assistant who wants to be part of my team called VASPh(Virtual Assistant Services Philippines) Team.

I'm currently building up my team so we can serve more clients and be able to deliver quality service.

With that said, I'm looking for someone that have a description of "AWESOMENESS". Which basically means

1. You will follow rules and adapt to our culture
I know that each Filipino have their own beliefs and culture. Our culture is Christianity(from Bible Baptist Church). We've set our rules and policies in the company based on Biblical principles.

In our team, we know that everybody are imperfect. We make mistakes, we do bad decisions and we screw up! If you want to be part of the team that are not focused on our imperfections but instead of each other's VALUE, then hop in!

Our team encourage everyone to mirror our mistakes in and through God's Word to grow and mature. Each team members push each other to move forward and become better than their current selves. We will have devotions and bible studies to help each one understand the importance of God's Word in our lives. And more importantly, learn and know Biblical principles that you can apply in your personal life and in your career.


2. Always communicate.
Communication is very crucial in our team. You must communicate to keep us posted of the tasks being assigned to you. We have tools that we use to always keep everybody posted in the team.

It's also important that you're always open in all our communication channel to easily reach you out for any emergency cases like tasks that needs get done urgently.

3. You have desire to learn and grow
As part of VASPh team, you have a desire to keep growing and never stop learning. The more you've got skillsets the more your rates grow.

4. Perform the tasks Punctually
Every tasks have their own due date. I want you to consider the due dates as sacred thing that you must never missed. And that requires you to give importance to the your TIME and other's time. You must know how to schedule your priorities.

One of the reasons that VA's perform poorly is because they have wrong priorities in their schedule. They spend up more time on playing games than serving and doing what they should be doing. If you want to be part of our team, you must set your priorities that WORK is more important than pleasures. And Work(SERVING and HELPING) should be a pleasure itself to YOU.


5. Do the Best You Can
In every tasks assigned to you, make sure you are going to DO THE BEST YOU CAN. Our team have a motto from memory verse from the scripture(Holy Bible).

Colossians 3:22-23
Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God: And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;


6. Goal Oriented
Each team members of VASPh team have their own personal life goals. You must have a Vision of what kind of life you want to have working as part of VASPh Team.

We don't want to have people in my team that have NO GOALS and VISION in life. Because most of the time, they will QUIT and no end up NOT WANTING to SERVE. We want to have a team that are enjoying their work knowing that they have GOALS to achieve.

7. A Helpmate
Towards our team mates and clients, we strive to become their helpmates. We wake up during late hours, we do overtime if necessary to be able to be of help.

If our team mates needs help for the tasks they're working on, YOU that have the knowledge of the task is always ready to help.
