Need Facebook Ad Specialist

We are looking for someone to take on managing and operating our facebook and instagram operations that we have just kicked off. We need someone who is proficient and has demonstrated experience building campaigns, inspecting results and optimizing our approach. We need someone who can set clear goals and execute with minimal guidance. You must be familiar with Custom Conversions, building audiences, duplicating Ad Sets, and understand best practices for scaling ads.
