Can you search Yelp and Facebook? Can you find me leads?

I need someone to search for "Head Shops" using Yelp that are currently in business in the US (excluding 7 specific states). Find their email and/or reach out to them through the "contact" page on their website with a message that will come from me (owner named Joe). Then search out that Business on Facebook and message them on Facebook telling them to check their email using 1 of many messages I will prepare for you.
