Full Time Virtual Assistant/Researcher for California-Based Production Company

We are a full-service production company based in Santa Monica, CA.

We officially open on the 15th of December, 2017.

We provide local production services in the greater New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco areas. With production experience and contacts throughout the United States and Internationally, we work anywhere!

We produce still photography (billboards, magazines, etc.) and broadcast commercial campaigns, music videos, and feature films.

We are looking for a full-time, long-term employee to start immediately.

First: Our Virtual Assistant will initially help build our database in Excel or Google Sheets. This will involve online research and organization of research. The database will be the foundation of our online email outreach/marketing program. THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB.

Through this process, you will learn about the photography, film and advertising industries.,

Second: Our Virtual Assistant will generate personalized outgoing emails for our outreach/marketing program. You will be provided with templates and examples.

Third: Our Virtual Assistant will be trained to help with estimates, and basic clerical responsibilities.

Required skills:-
- Good spoken English, some Skype/phone calls will be required
- Excellent written English

- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally through email.
- Excellent abilities with Excel and/or Google Sheets, MS Word

Compensation: $350-$450 per month to start. Opportunities for a raise at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.
