Looking for a Full-Time Influencer Relations Manager

Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our own brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced influencer relations manager, who is awesome like us, to join the team. He/she will be working full-time for 40 hours a week and must have the following:
-Passion for Internet marketing
-Relevant experience
-Expertise in navigating social media sites
-Proficiency in building processes
-Good eye for talent (influencers)

He/She must also have the following:
-Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
-A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
-Headphones/earphones

He/She must also possess the following skills and competencies:
-Ability to Motivate One’s Self
It is inevitable for someone to reach demotivation at some point in his/her career. That being said, it would be great if he/she also has the ability to put himself/herself back on track when experiencing it

-Networking Skills
As someone in-charge of building and maintaining relationships, this is definitely one of the things that are at the top of the list.

-Communication Skills
We require stellar English skills from anyone who would join the team, and this one is not an ---------- is important for this individual to have excellent communication skills as not only is it needed in communicating with people outside the company (the influencers) but it is also a something he/she can put to use when having conversations with other members of the team.

-Interpersonal Skills
These skills come in handy when building relationships prior to asking influencers to be our advocate, as well as in keeping those relationships with them. This also makes sure that interactions within the team he/she will be in goes smoothly, increasing productivity.

-Persuasion Skills
These skills are definitely a requirement as persuading is one of the biggest parts of his/her ---------- anization Skills - Being in-charge of building processes and working with those processes as the foundation, it is important that this individual knows how to stay organized.

What would the tasks be?
-Building all processes for acquiring new influencers, as well as maintaining existing ones;;
-Identifying the most relevant influencers in the industry on major and minor social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram,etc., by doing research and/ or using tools, such as SocMetrics, etc.
-Forming relationship with influencers prior to asking them to advocate the products or the company in general;
-Persuading influencers to promote our products with little to no upfront cost;
-Ensuring that all possible things have been done to keep existing influencers;
-Establishing a Sponsored Athlete Program, affiliate programs, partnerships with blogs and managing everything related to these;
-Setting up and taking charge of activities surrounding the Influencer page on the company website;
-Boosting our online presence on relevant forums/message boards
