letter of intent copywriting / rewriting

The task:

the goal is to create few letters of intent of using renting computing powers services for specific program to be researched. to realize what program to select you can study the list of current programs ---------- and include this or any other program is the letter.
An example: a medical center needs to examine how do some kind of biologic virus will behave in definite environment. So we take any letter of intent and replace appropriate part of letter to studying of thematically created model of that virus behavior and studying it by data center's computing powers.
