Rockstar PHP programmer needed to join our team

We are looking for an experienced Sr. level PHP developer that has experience in developing SAAS.

- 5 + years PHP and Javascript experience
- Good References
- Portfolio with items you have developed in past
- API development experience
- Are able to work full time if we want to bring you on after this small project

Here are the details for this small first project:

Create a page that looks similar to this - ----------

Call the pages file name ---------- p

Then hook the page and all of the fields to work with Stripe API and that a user can check out with the above page you create.

I will give you my test stripe account access after I have awarded the job.

The price of this checkout page needs to be $97/month so you will need to create a subscription of $97/month for the customer when they successfully check out.

We will need this completed in 48 hours from when the job is awarded. Please bid on this job if you satisfy the above requirements.
