Web Developer/Designer and SEO Expert

I am looking for a new employee to work full time for me on an exciting new project.

I am setting up a new company with the domain www.TheTradingClass.com which I have purchased. The company will be focussed on Financial Trading Education, involving shares, FX and futures. There is no need to understand these fields but an appreciation of it would be beneficial.

I am looking for a good web developer and web designer to produce an ecommerce membership site for me. The site will have the following products available for sale upon completion:

- Online Trading Courses

- Newsletter Membership (A Daily Video to be streamed from the site) - This will include a free trial period

- Group Coaching Sessions

- One to One Coaching Sessions (A calendar built in to the website would be very useful)

- Live Webinars

My favourite site is www.schooloftrade.com and that is the kind of site I will want to produce.

The job is a full time job as I will also want to build further sites in the future which will mainly be squeeze pages offering a free offer to capture email addresses and then promote my business.

I will also test out different promotions so I will need to update the site on an ongoing basis in order to test conversions, EPCs and other important metrics.

I will also need you to have good SEO skills so that we are competing at the top end of google over time for competitive keywords. This is not essential as I can hire an SEO expert but if you can do both then this will reflect in the wage I pay you.

An advantage to me although not essential is to have any other marketing skills that will put you ahead of other employees. I will need to promote the company so any internet marketing experience will certainly give you an edge but I can always hire someone else for this that you can work with.

This is a great long term job and will be a great opportunity for the right candidate. If you do a good job there will be plenty of work for you for a long time.

Once the main site is built and optimised and squeeze pages are built then I plan to have micro niche sites built pushing more traffic to our main site. We will plan the long term before we even begin so that you know where we are going.
