Excel Expert Needed

Looking for someone who can create an excel sheet that has a macro-enabled for my real estate monthly figures & a breakdown. You have to be knowledgeable with excel & excel macros where we can create a well-designed worksheet that will calculate our values etc. for Real Estate as well as crunch the data into an overview... then enabled to convert it into a PDF document that we can present. Once you apply, I will provide examples for you to see what we want, etc. Don't apply if you don't know how to create clean excel sheets & use Excel Macros. Thank You
