Link Builder and Onsite SEO

I'm looking for a link builder and onsite SEO person to work for an initial 10 hours a week.

We have several different web properties and you'll be making a plan of things you'll do each week, in addition to doing one off tasks to eventually generate good traffic from Search Engines.

You'll need to:
- be able to analyse the sites and the business and choose keywords we can compete for.
- Plan out a set of tasks to perform weekly and provide reports via Trello Project manager
- Have a clear set of targets and be able to show progress being made.

This role will be for 10 hours a week and will expand further if you can show results and good working practises.
