FULL TIME ADS MANAGER: FACEBOOK, GOOGLE AD WORDS, LINKEDIN, YOUTUBE

I’m looking for a sassy, ambitious, coachable person to become our social ads manager. If this is you, you will be joining a small but mighty team who are dedicated to learning and improving on a daily basis. I'm looking for someone who's smart, dedicated and who LOVES to learn.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

* We're gonna start with FB ads. I expect you to have a basic knowledge of how ads work - ad sets, CPM, CPC, etc. We will provide training on some of the specifics.

* You need to be excellent at seeing patterns and writing copy. And willing to keep learning how to push these skills further.

* Repurposing content: You will take emails or blogs I write and turn them into articles, blog posts and then promote them on social media

* We're also looking at trying our hand at YouTube advertising and Google Ad words. Again, we're happy to provide training if you can prove that you have the hunger to learn and implement.

* Social media: We discuss a plan and you're independent and a strong enough writer to be able to take ideas and turn them into social posts that are creative and free of grammar and spelling mistakes.

* Some graphics manipulation. We do have a pro graphics person on staff but in order to be fast and nimble, I would expect you to be adept at using platforms like ---------- otoshop and Illustrator a plus but not required.

Organized: You make lists and are always aware of what’s going on and what needs doing

Flexible: You’ve got a great attitude and are willing to do the job that needs to be done rather than the job that it “should” ---------- rial tasker: You get bored working on just one thing for a long time - you enjoy having a bunch of things on the go and are good at getting them ALL done. I don't believe multi-tasking is good for anyone's brain (Google it), but this job does require you to have a bunch of things on your schedule on any given day, so it helps to be able to batch process your ---------- lf Starter: You take responsibility for your part in our company and will suggest improvements or projects that will support our vision. You're always welcome to flag a problem, but I want to hear some suggested solutions too.

Supportive and loyal: I’m hugely loyal to my team and expect you to do everything humanly possible to support our vision and purpose.

Excellent communicator: You can say just about anything if you say it with respect. I don’t want a sheep - I want a smart, motivated, ambitious person who isn’t afraid to speak up if there’s a problem and isn’t going to disappear on me if they get stuck or think they screwed up.

Passionate and coachable:This is non-negotiable. I want a problem solver who is always open to learning a better way. If this is you, you are going to LOVE life with our team.
