Website based on existing site, including Facebook login option

I need the same principle:
1. Header with image and text (as Shopify homepage: ---------- )
2. Crowdfunding campaigns; We need to be able to easily add new campaigns and remove. When clicking on one of the campaigns (the images with products), the user goes to the campaign (goto URL).
3. Sign up page for end users: signup using email or Facebook login
4. FAQ and terms.

Everything needs to be EASY to adjust. So ideally Wordpress based, with an easy way for us to add new campaigns (every day), or remove them. Open to listening to your suggestions.

Pricing: fixed amount for the whole project. This is only part one, there will be a part 2 and 3. As well as new jobs if you wish. Long-term position possible.
