Creation of Simple Blockchain Distributed Ledger Using Hyperledger Fabric to Track Stock Ownership/Transfers

I'm looking for someone who can create a very basic blockchain distributed ledger using Hyperledger Fabric. The blockchain will track ownership of stock in a fictitious company called Holdco. The job involves writing the code and providing detailed instructions for how to install any necessary software onto a Windows and Apple machine so that 5 people can log in and enter sample transactions. Holdco will have 3,000 shares of common stock. Instructions should be included for how to issue stock to a brand new shareholder and for how to transfer stock from one shareholder to another shareholder.
