Virtual Assistant -Our E-commerce Department are looking for a V.A. employee to work with us long term.

* We are looking for a Super-star employee to work with us long term.
* A Super-star employee is able to follow directions easily, but more importantly a super-star employee is able to complete the task even when we didn't provide detailed instructions.
* For example, if I ask you to create a Google spreadhseet with 3 columns, but you never used Google spreadsheets before - if you are a super-star then you won't email me back and tell me that you don't know how to use Google spreadsheets. You GOOGLE IT. You search on Google and you find out and you complete the task. If you can GOOGLE things and find out how to do things without emailing me back and asking for details then you are a super-star and we want you on our team!
* We don't care what school or college you graduated or not graduated. We don't care about your formal education. But we expect you to be profficient in using your computer and the Interner. A Super-Star Employee has only one skill or super-power: she can use Google like a ---------- matter what new concept or new task is thrown at her - she can do anything because she can search on Google and find out.
* If you think you are a super-star please proceed. If you're not, please don't.
* Very important! Hundreds of people will apply for this job, so the only way we could filter everyone out and find out if you are THE ONE we are looking for was to create a (hopefully fun) challenge.
* Don't email me back here - I won't reply. Be the first one to complete the challenge and you will be hired. You won't have to spend any money to complete this challenge - you will just spend time and you will have to use your googling skills and your mind. Also, you won't get paid for going through the challenge. There is only one prize and only one winner - be the first to complete the challenge and you will win the job.
* Here is  your challenge:

1. Create a new Gmail account. The email should include the word "roolee". Example of correct email ----------
2. Create a Google Spreadsheet from that account.
3. Add 3 columns: Keyword, Search Term, ---------- e those as column headers. Make the header row fixed - so even if you scroll down it remains visible.
4. Go to Amazon and search for "alarm". Amazon will provide you with suggestions. 
5. Write the word "alarm" in the Keyword column. Add all the suggestions to the Search Term column - a new row for each one.
6. Use  ---------- find out the search volume for each search term on Google US.
7. Write the volume for each one in the Impressions column.
8. Share the spreadsheet ----------
9. Then also send an email ---------- with the subject "Challenge #001 Complete" and in the body of the email mention your name and the link to the spreadsheet. You should send the email from the Gmail account you just created
10. You will receive a reply within 24h. If you succeeded you will receive the next challenge. 
11. If you failed you will receive an email saying "Sorry, you failed.". If you receive that email it means you are out.
12. This is challenge #1 of 12 total challenges. The challenges will get progressively more difficult.
