We are looking for a virtual assistant with ecommerce/amazon knowledge to join our team. This position is for long term. You will get an opportunity to grow as the company grows. The work will include the following tasks:
• Respond to customers via
• Update information in different marketplaces when necessary
• Make sure accounts ratings are in good health
• Process and submit claims to shipper (to be assigned)
• Able to finish task within the time frame given
• Report completed task to supervisor
• Daily Report sales report
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
• Able to resolve Negative feedbacks and Disputes
• Reporting Account Health
• Other tasks that may be assigned and changes may apply
Minimum Qualifications
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication skills, able to write and speak English fluently
• Good typing speed
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Gmail and Google drive
• With
• Has experience buying online or familiar with online shopping.
• Good Internet Connection/ With Webcam and Mic
• Able to commit to the Job Full Time
