E-Commerce Store Manager

Full-time position managing a very successful E-Commerce store. Duties include:

- Regularly updating the website to reflect recent sales & the newest products
- Managing SEO & measuring Google Analytics / sale conversion rates
- Ensuring the timely shipment of products through regular communication with the store's dropship suppliers
- Arranging the bi-weekly delivery of the store's newsletter to our subscribers through Aweber
- Coordinating holiday sales with Mailings, site updates and recommended discounts
- Meeting overall store sales goals
- Recognizing bottlenecks / inefficiencies and finding solutions
- Arranging overseas shipments of products through manufacturing contacts on Alibaba.com and elsewhere
- Managing the store's Amazon Seller account
- Interacting and coordinating with the store's US-based phone sales staff
- Being regularly available on Skype or other means of online communication during work hours

Experience with HTML required. Programming experience is a plus. Any website editing skills are a bonus, including graphic design.

SEO & Google Analytics experience is also a major plus.

English speaking and writing skills should be VERY strong.
