Making simple filters android app

Hello , I m looking for someone can make a simple android code source for me ,A code source of filters,Such as snapchat filters ,With the possibility to change those filters ,Just a simple app with admob ads and the possibility to choose between taking a picture using camera or choosing a picture from gallery.
