Illustrator

My name is Frank Haywood and I'm looking for an illustrator who can create "paper doll" models of business people (and possibly animals) in a series of different poses for a product I'm creating. These models would be cartoon-like images that are pleasant to look at while still remaining professional and would also have exchangeable clothes, expressions, skin tones, hair colours and accessories.

Because I don't believe there are that many illustrators who would fit the bill and because this would likely be an ongoing activity, I'm willing to offer a negotiable hourly rate plus a 20% profit share when the product is launched.
