WE are in need of an Experienced GENERAL PROJECT MANAGER (PM) --- Full-time and Remote Role

WE are an importing company that sells products on Amazon. A start-up yet a thriving team of fun, diverse and engaging home-based professionals. The business is exponentially growing and is quickly gaining validation and recognition from the E-commerce & retail industry, thus, we need a STRONG leader to steer the wheel...

Your main mission is to pioneer, build and grow the company by liaising with and between Owner/CEO and key Heads/Managers.

You will act as the main contact of the Owner/CEO on anything about the company, and orchestrate day-to-day operation/business and ensure that each and every project is properly run and within the set scheduled timeline for on-time execution.

You will provide direction, delegate people & tasks, and remove obstacles to ensure efficient and proper execution of every aspect of the business.

The qualified candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- A strong leadership presence and organizational skill
- Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into overall company and development strategies
- Effective communicator, with the ability to speak, listen and write in a clear and concise way
- Advanced presentation and excellent negotiation skills
- Has initiative and brings impeccable follow-up skills
- Ability to motivate teams to produce desired tangible outcomes within reasonable timeframes
- Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills


Qualifications:
- Experience and comprehensive knowledge of Amazon and Digital Marketing
- Preferably with MBA or a graduate of any Business course
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels
- Proven experience to lead, manage and work with large, remote diverse team
- Experience in resource management and scheduling
- Previous experience in leading multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
- Financial management skill is a plus, but not required
- An expert in the field but willing to be trained
