Ebay store management: add listing, title optimization, customers services

I'm looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience working with dropshipping, and have the ability to find good product from Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Aliexpress, etc to help me manage an ebay store with 10000 listings.

Job description:
1. Find HOT products on Amazon, Costco, Walmart, Aliexpress to list on ebay
2. Optimize ebay title
3. Manage the store
4. Answer customers services cases
5. Post on fb and Twitter

Question for candidates:
1. How long have you work with ebay/amazon dropshipping? How many clients did you work for?
2. What tools do you use to optimize ebay title?
3. How long it takes for you to optimize 1 titles? 100 titles?
4. What's your rate and availability? Full time? Part time?
