Are you a VisualStudio C# master? Then I need your help!

I would like to find someone that has a knack for teaching and will work with me as we teach others how to create a C# program. I have already started the program but I am learning so you can help me learn while we help others learn.

Excellent English is a must. I expect the project to take 10-15 hrs total.

We will be building a To Do Web App using ASP.NET Core 2.0 in VisualStudio 2017. We will use Razor pages and try to add some extra functions to the app such as the ability to make a priority for jobs, arrange job orders, and add urgency and importance ratings.
