-ensure effecient and timely resulotion of major and minor problems regarding IT concerns.
-prevent hardware and software problems downtimes of server , network and system.
-supervise and coordinate programmer and a computer technician.
-implement back up and recovery plans
-perform data recovery if needed.
-ensure that the server and client hardware are still capable to handle day to day operation and project growth.
-server/client hardware /software upgrades.
-design and implement of server operating system structure and domain.
-evaluate and implement security tools and processes.
