We are a international digital marketing agency. We are currently looking for a PA, Office Manager & book keeper who can help with the following:
- Calendar management
- Arrange travel
- Book keeping
- Invoicing
- Forecasting
- Ad hoc admin tasks, such as
- Document formatting
You must be well versed using the following programmes:
- Freeagent (book keeping system)
- Word, Excel & Power point
Initially we probably only need someone for 3-5 hours per week.
