Update our Podcast from a whatsapp group

A nice simple project. - long term option

There is a whatsapp group that posts lectures (40-90min audio)

I want this to be downloaded and uploaded as a podcast ( so I can listen to it with my podcast app, and speed up the playback)

You will asked to:
(one time)
1 - set up the podcast on our server
(ongoing)
2- join the whatsapp group - and download the Lectures from there
3- upload the lectures to the podcast (add name and description)

you shouldn't write anything on the whatsapp group.

Let me know what is your proposal for the setup, and what is your proposal to upload each file.
