PHP / Web programming Rock Star needed!

Hello - We are looking for a Web Programming "Rock Star" to join our team. We work with dozens of different clients on an ongoing basis and need a highly skilled programmer to help us with those jobs. If hired the jobs starts as a Part-time position for 30 days trial with pay $250/ (30 days/80 hours), After 30 days of trial will turn into an ongoing or Full-time position. We MUST have someone professional and responsible. Also, while the job is flexible with your time schedule, we expect daily online meetings at an agreed upon time. We also expect this position to turn into full-time soon and at that point we would want you to only work for us. Other notes: - Great English is must

Great Communication is a bigger must. Typically we use gchat, but also on occasion may need to chat using Skype, SMS and even phone calls - Own a cell phone for emergency communication. - All work time needs to be reported and tracked. This is a must Bonuses (not necessary, but if you have these skills you will be on the top of our list!): - Knowledge of CMS Made Simple - Able to code themes to different CMS's (ie PSD to WordPress, PSD to Joomla etc) - SEO - we have a head SEO person, but it would be nice if you can assist her when needed If interested, please reply to this posting with a paragraph on why you think you would be good.
