Need an illustrator or graphic artist to design t-shirts

I am looking for a graphic designer/artist to create t-shirt designs.
I will provide samples of what I am looking for and I would like you to re-design/sample making it 3 to 4 times better than the current one.

Looking for designs that will sell well, Designs that work well on Dark Shirts, Distressed Designs, Simple, Identifiable Silhouettes Work Well with Content That Has Characters
Bold, High-Contrast Colors.

Also looking for a long-term relationship with designer.
