Virtual Assistant with Wordpress Expertise

We're looking for a VA, someone with some experience with wordpress.

This is a full time position that requires minimum of 40 hours a week.

You'll be working with a web based company dealing with sale of courses.

Tasks Expected

1) Transcription of Videos
2) Research
3) Answer customer support emails
4) Send emails via autoresponder
5) Call customers (Not cold calls) (We will provide all necessary software)
6) Manage emails
7) Manage appointments
8) Ability to work on Slack
9) Available on Phone/Whatsapp/Slack/Emails/Skype
10) Create some images with tools like Canva
11) Collaborate on process creation documents
12) Manage other freelancers
13) Manage Websites ( Add pages, posts, solve issues)
14) Able to find solutions to problems through Google
15) Other VA work

We will guide you with everything step by step. We want you to have the skill and the drive.

We need someone who speaks Good English, this is not optional.
