Webmaster, Graphic Designer with Online-Marketing interests for German Startup

We are a Young Startup that supports German companies with their Online Marketing. We provide online courses on our website and coach our customers in seminars or 1on1 sessions.

We are looking for someone who can support us in different tasks. If you do not have experience with everything, do not worry. We are also willing to invest in your education and are looking for a long term collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:
Design:
** LogoDesign
** Infografics
** eBooks Layout and Cover Design
** 3D eBook Covers and Mockups
** Business Card Designs
** Flyer + Brochures
** Upgrade and create Powerpoint Slides

Webmaster:
** Wordpress Website administration
** Creating new webpages
** Knowledge in PHP, CSS
** Creating Salespages following our instructions
** Programming new functionalities for our wordpress website
** Troubleshooting
** Inserting new online courses to our websites

Video Editing
** Video editing of Online Courses and YouTube Videos
** Creating Short Commercial Spots

Requirements:
Language Skills:
If you can understand a bit of German it would be good and would help you with the video cutting. Our communication will be in English but all of our videos will be in German.
Personality:
** High attention to detail
** Systematic and organised
** Ability to work independently and as a team player
** Positive, honest and reliable with a high level of integrity
** Enjoys working with technology and has up to date knowledge of social media


Your application:

** Please tell us from 1 (beginner) to 5 (expert) how good you would rank your skills in the above mentioned tasks
** If you could show reference samples that show your experience in the above mentioned tasks it would be great

How we will start:
** We will give you 2-3 test tasks (2-3 hours in total) and have a skype conversation (paid with 900 PHP in total).
** In the skype conversation we have the chance of getting to know each other and discuss the details of a future collaboration. We are looking for someone who can work 20 – 40 hours / week and a long term collaboration.
