We are a Start-up firm in property development management, has an immediate opening for a residential Executive Assistant/Business Development Assistant (Property). You are required to start as a Trainee and the job description will be Business Development Manager. While on Probation and Trainee, your job description will be Executive Assistant/Business Development Trainee
The job site is combination of home based and travel in Makati financial district. If you live nearby Makati, this is the job for you.
Successful candidate will have several projects to manage, with excellent on and off site support staff to assist. Preference given to college graduate. This is NOT an entry level position, experience is required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Our perfect EA must have prior significant and relevant work experience.
Duties include:
- Jack of all trades: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Ordering of Supplies, Typing Proposal, Cleaning, Lifting 10 kilos
- Must know Accounting, Bookkeeping and Customer Service as required
- Responsible for purchasing supplies, materials and equipment for the operations of the Associations, negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of each, and maintain a complete accounting of purchases and contracts
- Phone handling
- Meet with vendors, government agencies and/or renters.
- Updating of taxes owed and taxes payment

- Organizes and schedules the service of appliances, deliveries, etc. Coordinates the elevator schedule
- Calendar management (appointment setting and making sure no schedules overlap)
- Online research for a variety of things, from software for business to home needs to gift ideas to travel itineraries
- Possibly eventually book flights, accommodations, rental cars and dinners
- Professionally represents Property Management Group and the Association at all times
- Attends and participates in staff all meetings as required (later stage)
- Writes and records work orders and forwards repair issues to the maintenance and janitorial staff
- Meet with onsite staff and onsite managers on a regular basis
- This job also requires Travel to Palawan sometimes
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Our perfect EA must be willing to work on US Time but this is not every day schedule
- Must have FAST and RELIABLE wired internet connection (at least 5mbps)
- Must have EXCELLENT spoken and written English as this person will be representing us to our clients and stakeholders.
- Must be customer-oriented, highly organized and efficient -- always "ON TOP OF THINGS".
- Preferably someone with combination background in Marketing and Accounting
- Needless to say the perfect EA must be very trainable, reliable and trustworthy.
- Proficient with a variety of database management and software applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Google Calendar and Google Tools
- Ability to keyboard a minimum of 50 wpm
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects, use time management skills and exercise independent judgment
- Excellent mathematics, spelling and English writing skills
- Strong internal/external customer relations skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, homeowners, and others
- Ability to work with confidential/sensitive information and use diplomacy in communicating such information
- Effective calendar management and follow up skills
- Professional image per policy
**Preferably residing in Makati or nearby
