APPLE PAGES: Need "template" designed (1 Project Job)

EDIT: I have solved almost all these problems but I still have one issue with the spacing on the Header section relative to a specially-designed page number.

If you think you can help me with that, let me know please. ---------- I need someone who is an expert working with Apple Pages to help me design & format a document.

I have a design in mind already: I know what it should look like.

I had someone else create it and send me a file, but I can't open the file because my version is older than theirs.

I tried recreating it myself but I cannot, I don't understand how to use Apple Pages well enough.

I need someone to work with me over screen sharing (Skype?) to setup my Pages document the way I want ---------- cludes:
- Sections
- a Cover page with an image design
- a Side bar
- Page numbers in the side bar
- Clip art in the side bar
- Styles like Titles and Subtitles

If you can teach me how to use functions like Section Masters and Template and such that would be very helpful.

You will have to work with me, in real-time, to set this Pages document up, on my own ---------- won't work to have you build the file and send it to me: I already tried that, and I can't open someone else's file because my version is too old.

Need you to have moderately good English so we can communicate on-the-fly.
