Experienced T-shirt Designer Needed for Long-term business

Hi guys,
I am looking for a part-time or full-time t-shirt designer.

***What I need from you:

1. GREAT DESIGN SKILL & CREATIVITY.
2. Good English + understanding the American market.
3. The ability to create 20-30 designs per day on average (simple & basic design not so complicated).
4. Ability to convert BMP/JPEG image to vector is an advantage, for example, ----------
***My kind of designs are quite simple with text, vector, and some basic effect so that if you are skillful at Photoshop/Illustrator, you can make then super easy.

***I will pay from $1-$2 per simple design, with 25-30 designs per day.

I will send you the image every day, or you can access to a spreadsheet which will have the link to the example with a brief description of relevant info, you will redesign it, make it unique and better than the original.

Make sure you include your portfolio so that I can check your skill, I will message you with an example of 3 different potential designs and I would like to see what you can do with those.

And also let me know that if you can had the advantage of no.4 skill I mentioned above.
