Excellent Designer Needed - eCovers, Banners, Website Design, Logos...

Hi,

I'm looking for an excellent or professional designer that has the feel for nice and clean design.

You should have experience in website design, designing eCovers (eBoxes, eBook covers or anything similar), banner design and logos.

You should:
- have excellent english
- love design
- be willing to learn
- be responsible

I'm looking for someone for a full time position with a salary starting at $350 and raising according to performance.
