Bookkeeper with XERO expertise for Australian Business PLUS Marketing Analytics

I am looking for a fabulous bookkeeper to take over from my Australian Bookkeeper.

You must know the Australian Tax System (ATO). May current accounts person works about 5-8 hours a quarter.

I'm also looking for someone who may be able to analyze some my business and marketing stats for me. I'm a digital marketer and it would be great for someone to manage my conversions and the conversions of my affiliates to help me grow my business.
