Music Compiler Wanted

Responsibilities:

* Has the ability to create playlist for a restaurant - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
* Scheduling all music elements, promos and content features
* Collating reports for weekly music meeting
* Managing current and gold song categories in consultation with programming content manager
* Continuous updates and loading of song and other audio material onto the system
* Handling music queries and fielding general content enquiries and comments
Sourcing music content

Requirements:

* Passion for music – excellent music knowledge and grasp of music genres
* Passion for radio – good understanding of Cape Town radio landscape
* Analytical aptitude – comfortable working with complex levels of music data over sustained periods
* High attention to detail
* Systematic and organised
* Ability to work independently and as a team player
* Positive, honest and reliable with a high level of integrity
* Enjoys working with technology and has up to date knowledge of social media
* Experience of music scheduling software and play-out systems
* Proficient in MS Word
* Experience of audio editing software
