JOB OVERVIEW

Highlight: We are looking for an expert in PPC advertising to work for us full-time (40h/week). He/she will be in-charge of ad planning and executing FB ad campaigns, managing PPC accounts on Google Adwords, Bing, and other platforms, etc.

Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our own brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.


Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced PPC advertising expert, who is awesome like us, to join the team. He/she will be working full-time for 40 hours a week and must have the following:

-Passion for Internet marketing
-Expertise with Facebook paid advertising
-Strong Google AdWords proficiency
-Current AdWords Certification
-Knowledge of Google Analytics
-Proficiency with basic HTML and CSS

A plus but not required:

-Familiarity with CMS, such as Drupal, etc.
-Familiarity with Digital Marketing Tools, such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, AWR Cloud, etc.
-Google Analytics Certification
-Bing Ads Certification
-Marketing Automation experience using tools like Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.

He/She must also have the following:
-Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
-A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
-Headphones/earphones

He/She must also possess the following skills and competencies:
-Visual Ideation/Creativity/Originality
It is important for our ideal PPC Advertising Expert to be creative and have originality as it is a big part of his/her job.

-Ability to Work Under Pressure
Working under a deadline and trying to reach goals are just a few of the sources of pressure that this individual would Upgrade to see actual info is important that he/she knows how to deal with it.

-Ability to Motivate One’s Self
It would be great if he/she also has the ability to put himself/herself back on track when experiencing de-motivation

-Attention to Detail
It’s the little things that can make or break your success. The perfect candidate must have good attention to detail in order to prevent big problems within the team and also for him/her to be able to determine the little things that can be done to make things even better.

-Having Entrepreneurial Mindset
It is this mindset that will allow him/her to keep his mind and eyes open for great branding and marketing strategies and opportunities.

-Time Management Skills
Most of the time, if not always, the company’s Marketing and Advertising Department would be working under a Upgrade to see actual info is important that the department manager has the ability to schedule tasks, set realistic deadlines, Upgrade to see actual info order for their goals to be met within the set time frame.

-Communication Skills
The perfect candidate must have stellar English skills. Team leader or not, it is important to have communication skills to keep things going smoothly. Of course, things do not always go the way you want them to, so communicating also plays a big part in problem solving.

-Interpersonal Skills
It is important for this individual to have people skills in order to have a harmonious relationship with the team, increasing productivity.


What would the tasks be?

-Planning, executing, and managing Facebook paid advertising campaigns as the main responsibility;
-Being in-charge of advertising campaigns on other social media sites, such as Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
-Performing account management of PPC accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, and other search platforms;
-Assisting in maintaining and monitoring of keyword bids, accounting daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics;
-Managing and maintaining updates for a large list of keywords;
-Building quality back-links to the company’s sites to improve our online ranking;
-Providing creative suggestions on graphical advertising content;
-Generating weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives;
-Keeping update with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments;
-Working closely with other team members to meet goals;
