General VA/Operations Person

Hi, I'm building a team with my new company that specializes in doing tasks for people in 3 areas:

-Graphic Design
-Automation (including CRM systems)
-Wordpress/Web development

Our site is Upgrade to see actual info

The tasks will be mostly limited to 1 hour or less, helping people run their businesses and take care of the more technical and time-consuming issues they may have.

We are looking for someone who is skilled as a general VA, with some experience with:

-Operations
-Wordpress Development
-Design
-One or more Marketing Automation platforms (i.e. Clickfunnels, Infusionsoft)

We are looking for someone part time (starting with 5-10 hours a week and growing from there) that is interested in moving into a Lead or management role in the company as we grow. For now, we need someone who will help with both some of the incoming tasks, as well as actually assigning tasks to the appropriate team member(s). Also:

-Fluent in English (you will be interacting with customers over email)
-Positive attitude and willing to learn
-Solid organizational skills

We have training on our help desk software and company available.
