We seek a task-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team in Orlando.
Daily Job Duties:
- Answering telephone calls and rerouting to proper extensions
- Serving as the point of contact for visitors, employees and interviewers
- Processing new staff paperwork and submitting it to HR
- Receiving and sending deliveries
- Creating customer files and scanning them into the company system
- Auditing job contracts, permits and HOA approvals
- Maintaining the computer system by updating and entering job related data
- Filing customer jobs
- Processing payments received from customers
- Uploading customer loan documents into the system for processing
- Attending to customer service calls and
- Ordering and stocking all paperwork for Sales Reps
- Purchasing job supplies for installations
- Scheduling Installations
- Dispatching measurement orders for Kitchen installations
- Participating in Accounts Receivable meetings
Qualifications:
- No Administrative experience Require
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bilingual in Spanish- a plus
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Bachelors degree preferred

- Full-time schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern standard time
