Creative Video Editor for a Motivational Speaker

Hi there,

I would like to work with a creative skillful video editor to make demo reels (promo videos) for me.
I have lots of raw footage that needs to be edited and shorten into 2 to 3 mins demo videos or "promo videos" to showcase my speaking engagements.

What I would like you to know is how to make eye-catching attention-grabbing videos that have nice background music and persuasive writing with a voice-over in order to get the attention of my potential clients.

I will provide samples of other videos I like from other speakers to make it easier for you to come up with ideas for my videos.

Looking to work with someone part-time to start, but this will most likely become a full-time opportunity for you as we make progress. If you have samples of past videos you have made that would be awesome to watch.
